In March 2011, our clinic expanded our list of services to include improving HEDIS scores. To date we have partnered with CARE PLUS, FREEDOM, PRESTIGE, and INTEGRAL CARE to provide mobile eye health exams in various settings from Ft. Myers to Spring Hill. Our eye health exams are done with state of the art portable equipment including a OIS DIGITAL IMAGING SYSTEM. This system allows Dr. Kevin Smith to take images of the front and the back of the eyes. By having this technology, we are able to document any pathology but also educate the patient, family, and their Primary Care Physician.
