We gladly accept outside prescriptions from these insurance plans: VSP, Eye Med, Davis Vision, Comp Benefits, and Self-paying Patients. At this time, we cannot fill outside prescriptions from: Mediciad, Amerigroup, Sunshine State, any Medicare or Medicaid HMO. If you have vision insurance, please bring in all cards so that we may contact your carrier to find a list of your benefits. In some cases, your previous eye doctor may have an outstanding claim that may need to be cancelled before we can process your order. Your eyeglasses RX must be less than two years old. If we process your order and there are concerns with your prescription, you will be required to see your eye doctor for an evaluation before reordering for a one time doctor’s change. Contact Us
